KERALA RECOGNISED SCHOOL MANAGEMENT'S ASSOCIATION

The idea of an association to protect the rights and interests of unaided but recognized schools in the state was conceived for the first time in Ernakulam about forty four years ago by some like minded school managers. This non-political, unbiased association was formed with the goal of uniting unaided school managers under an umbrella to work unitedly for the best of educational enhancement and to bring parents also to the task of striving to mould their children to become ideal citizens of tomorrow.

The association has grown rapidly to become a shade and guide to the school managers of the unaided sector in Kerala. It has a very prominent role in enhancing the quality and standard of education and that is why parents are in search of our institutions for better education for their wards.

The association always champions for the causes of the unaided schools which were at first not participated in the government level discussions or negotiations. As the association proved that it stands for putting an end to unfair policies in the educational sector, we are included as an inevitable part of any discussion or negotiation held by the Govt. of Kerala.

We, the members of this association are one a like members of one family sharing the same feelings, emotions and sentiments â€“ irrespective of caste, creed, colour or religion. This non-political association is committed to only one thing - motivate the managers of the member schools as well as the heads & family of the institutions to rise to the level of perfection and good standard. Let us move forward with one mind to attain this goal.
